Congrats are in order for Kelly Rowland and her husband, Tim Weatherspoon who welcomed their second child — a son, Noah.

The singer announced on Saturday (January 30) that she gave birth to baby Noah on January 21. In an adorable post of her eldest son, Titan, 6, admiring his baby brother, she captioned, “On the 21st day, of the 21st year, of the 21st Centruy, Noah Jon Weatherspoon greeted us!”

Noah weighed 7 pounds, 8 ounces, and measured 19 inches long at the time of his birth.

Rowland surprised fans when she announced her pregnancy on Women’s Health cover shoot in October 2020.

The former Destiny’s Child singer told the magazine that she and Tim had been talking “loosely” about having another baby when the coronavirus pandemic began.

Rowland opened about her concern of “being able to have a child” at an older stage in life. “I’m knocking at 40’s door in February. Taking care of myself means a lot to me.”

Ultimately, the couple decided to be open to the possibility of conceiving another child. “We were just like, ‘Let’s see what happens,” she said.
Rowland added, “I was thinking, ‘Oh my God, my fans are gonna be so disappointed…They wanted an album first, but they got a baby!’ And I was like, ‘I have to figure this out so they get both.’”
Congratulations to Kelly, Tim, and big brother, Titan!
