There’s nothing better than seeing two icons perform together!

Diana Ross gave Jennifer Hudson quite a surprise when she called her up to perform during her show.

The 37-year-old got the surprise of her life last week when the Motown diva and AMA Lifetime Achievement Award winner insisted that Hudson join her on stage. The show was held at The Chicago Theatre in Chicago, IL which is the Oscar winner’s hometown.

Originally, the star wanted to enjoy the show an audience member but was later pulled on stage to sing “Endless Love” with Ross.

The two time Grammy winner couldn’t contain her excitement even after the show was over. Here she is driving after the show gushing about what just happened and embarrassed that she was in flip flops.

Although the mother of one has been in the spotlight for quite some time, fans loved seeing her getting starstruck. This isn’t the first time that she has been around icons and sang for/with them. The singer sang at Aretha Franklin’s funeral and is even starring as her in an upcoming biopic.

We know she’ll do this film justice with her amazing voice and experience in films like “Dreamgirls” and even singing the theme song for the live taping of “The Jeffersons”.
