After the massive fallout of Lifetime’s Surviving R. Kelly documentaryreportedly a newer video of the singer engaging in sexual acts with an underage girl exists,  according to Attorney Michael Avenatti. And it’s not the one used in Kelly’s 2008 trial when he was acquitted on child pornography charges. And now almost two weeks, later the singer has been indicted and charged with 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse in Cook County Friday morning.

According to TMZ, “all of the alleged victims ranged in age from 13 to 16 years old. One of them is the subject of 4 different counts. There are a total of 4 alleged victims. The criminal sexual abuse charge is a class 2 felony in Illinois, and each charge carries a max sentence of 3 to 7 years in prison.”

Over the last month, the singer’s daughter along with R&B heavyweights like Tank, Ne-Yo and Omarion have all spoken out against the 51-year-old in the decades-long accusations. Radio giant Tom Joyner revealed he’d no longer play his music and the #MuteRKelly movement grew stronger with support from Lena Waithe, Ava DuVernay and more.

Kelly’s first appearance in court is set for March 8. We’ll keep you updated as the story develops.
