Women are opening up more than ever about their bouts with sexual assault and misconduct in Hollywood (most recently Ashanti revealed her #MeToo moment when a producer approached her with a track — and a shower). Eve is the latest celebrity to speak out against the dangers of the industry. While on The Talk (don’t you just love her in this new role?) on Monday, the co-host spoke out about the time she was rescued by Janet Jackson after her drink was spiked.
This isn’t the first time the Grammy winning rapper has been vocal about her experiences in Tinsel Town. Last year she made headlines for what some say was an attack on Nicki Minaj‘s racy cover shoot (which one you ask? The infamous Paper Magazine shoot that depicted Minaj having a threesome with herself). Although now a wife and step-mom, Eve has made no qualms about being a stripper in a past life, a fact many brought up when she criticized the Cash Money MC.
