Anywho, People magazine confirms that a Florida judge made the nullification of their union official on Wednesday.
Her lawyer, Michael Gilden, told the magazine, "Evelyn and Mr. Johnson were divorced this morning in an uncontested final hearing. My client is a single woman and looks forward to her future."
