She has no man, but when has that ever stopped anyone much less a celebrity these days from talking relationships and indirectly or directly offering relationship advice.
Chilli of TLC fame recently made an appearance on Good Morning America where she discussed the issue of “dating down.” The singer turned reality star says that dating anyone who makes less than her will be a problem.
She explained:
I am very picky. And I think everybody should. Here’s my issue with dating down. I think that for a female…no matter how much money you make or not, every woman wants to feel like a princess. I don’t look for a guy to pay my bills. I can pay my own bills. I can do a lot of things for myself and thank God I’ve been blessed. I would love to go on a date with a guy and he pay for it or if we plan a trip together. If I have to pay half, then I need to go on that trip with my girlfriend. Not a dude. I’m just sayin’!
Hey there, gender stereotypes. Not so nice to see you. Whatever works for her, though. Also, she’s still single. You know, just in case you were curious.
