Last night, Donald Trump’s five-year title as “Birther in Chief” came back to bite him in the ass on the debate stage. And instead of apologizing or otherwise show any sign of contrition for marketing such a racist lie, Trump actually doubled down. He told the audience he was “proud” that he was able to get President Obama to produce his long-form birth certificate and that the President should have produced it earlier.
Naturally, Roland’s panel went in even as one Republican panelist did his best to defend it.
