Yesterday, we asked that you say Alton Sterling’s name. Today, we ask you to say Philando Castile’s.

The Huffington Post reports that Castile was fatally shot by police after he and his girlfriend were pulled over in a Minnesota suburb for a busted tail light.

According to Castile’s girlfriend, after the police officer asked him for his information, Philando told the officer he had a gun that he was licensed to carry. As Philando reached for his driver’s license and registration, the police opened fire three to five times into the car striking Philando in the arm.

And that’s when his girlfriend started to live stream the tragedy on Facebook, in a video that shows Philando bloodied and still.

WARNING: The video shows graphic images of Philando bleeding to death.

On the video, which was temporarily taken down before being restored, Philando’s girlfriend can be heard saying “He was reaching for his wallet and the officer just shot him in his arm,” she says. “He shot his arm off.” Officers on the scene can be overheard saying “I told him not to reach for it. I told him to get his hand out.” Shortly after, Philando’s girlfriend is taken out of the car and escorted to a police vehicle.

The officer involved in the shooting is currently on administrative leave and a police spokesman said the incident is under official investigation.
