Though it had gotten a bit quiet in recent weeks, the custody battle between Usher and his ex-wife, Tameka Raymond wages on. The latest from their legal scuffle is that she is seeking $50,000 from usher to pay her attorney’s fees and other legal investments. Yes, the very legal fees and investments that are being used to strip him of custody.

TMZ reports that she filed documents in Fulton County Superior Court in Georgia to make the request – asking the judge to make Usher pony up the 15k for her legal services and the additional 35k for miscellaneous costs.

The additional costs include retention of expert witnesses, hiring private investigators, and procuring out-of-state depositions. According to Team Tameka, she’s entitled to the money given the gross discrepancy in income. As of now, there is no official response from Usher legally or from a public relations standpoint. I, however, imagine lots of epithets were hurled inside the privacy of his own home and attorney’s office, though.
