Don’t expect to see Lil’ Kim at the Best Buy in Brooklyn on Atlantic Ave. buying a new flat screen with her tax refund anytime soon: She’s on Uncle Sam’s hit list.

TMZ has uncovered documents filed with the L.A. Recorder’s Office and the Queen Bee owes a whooping $1,026,862.42 in back taxes. Kim’s tax problems are notorious – dating back all the way from 2002. A rep for the rapper contacted the site to say that she has “hired professional attorneys to handle this matter.” Moreover, “she, along with her team of legal experts, are working cooperatively and diligently with the IRS and federal authorities to amicably resolve the situation.”

Well, that’s good, only I still have one lingering question: Why didn’t she hire them 10 years ago?
