Halle Berry has her ex and the father of her child, model Gabriel Aubry, fuming now that she’s asked a judge to grant her permission to move to France to be with longtime boyfriend (and apparent fiancé), actor Olivier Martinez.
The two are engulfed in a bitter custody battle that’s brought up issues of their sanity, anger management issues, and even racism. Now Berry has filed papers with the court requesting a move – with the hearing on the matter pending. TMZ says Aubry is livid and feels Halle is trying to strip him of contact with his daughter.
Critics have said that so often we hear stories of a father wanting no parts with their children and here you have Gab fighting a seemingly losing battle to play an active role in his daughter’s life.
However, Aubry has been accused of being volatile so is this move out of safety or spite?
