Celebrity sightings In New York City – October 3, 2012

Rihanna’s first foray into television, the British-based reality series, Styled To Rock, hasn’t matched the massive success she is used to. According to The Daily Mail, the show is on the verge of cancellation. If that happens, I’m sure she’ll simply think of her first two albums and their lack of big success and try again…with a better haircut.

The singer’s UK show Styled To Rock struggled for viewers and may not return for a second series.

Rihanna, 24, left, produced the series – presented by fashion designer Henry Holland and Nicola Roberts of Girls Aloud – but just 95,000 viewers tuned into the first episode on Sky Living. ‘There are no plans to bring it back,’ says a TV insider. ‘Commissioners lost confidence in the project.’

But a Sky source said: ‘It is far too early to make a decision.

After every big launch, we undertake extensive research and will make a decision when we evaluate the results.’

Here’s a clip from the show:
