WGCI-FM Big Jam 2012

Keyshia Cole seems hell bent on taking shots at every single member of Destiny’s Child. First it was Michelle Williams and now the Queen Bey. Taking to her Twitter account to vent frustrations she probably should’ve kept to herself, Keyshia Cole said of Beyoncé’s newly leaked track(s) on Tumblr:

First “Women need to Stick together” now bitches better Bow. Smh. But it’s all G! Chicks stay shooting the shit. But when I speak my mind its a prob. #Well #StayMad

I saw some people note that Keyshia “has a point.” No, not really. One, if you’re silly enough to interpret everything literally versus figuratively, then sure, Keyshia has a point, though I suppose you think “I Believe I Can Fly” is about R. Kelly letting you in on the secret to saving a whole lot on airfare.

Meanwhile, the song is obviously a pointed response to certain people who have gone out of their way to slight Bey. Not to mention, Keyshia, rappers are boastful on songs all the time. You know that, but there is a difference between that and taking shots at your peer. Beyoncé didn’t name drop every singer not named her and said, “Bow down, b**ches,” but if you want to keep telling yourself it’s the same thing, go ahead.

I invite you all take a look at her Twitter mentions. Congratulations, Keyshia Cole, you are the new Keri Hilson.
