There have been rumors for a while that Chad Johnson and his ex-wife, Evelyn Lozada, were communicating via subtweets. Well, consider them confirmed. Chad may have since deleted the evidence, but everybody knows once it’s released to the Web it’s there forever.
After a fan asked Chad straight up, ‘Why do you and Evelyn be sub-Tweeting?’ Chad replied,
"Whoever @’s who first goes to jail, no contact order, Im enjoying sneaking around"
After realizing he’d incriminated both himself and Evelyn, Chad quickly deleted the Tweets but not before they were re-Tweeted by hundreds of people.
So yeah, he’s legally barred from communicating with her. He may have gotten rid of the evidence now, but we know his oversharing track record. Won’t be long before he messes up again.
