Sometimes all we can do is to laugh to stop from crying and given how 2016 went down (Prince! Really!?!?) we needed lots of laughter to keep us sane.
Thankfully, TV had lots of good medicine for us every week — from proven shows like “Black-ish” to newcomers like Donald Glover’s “Atlanta” and Issa Rae’s “Insecure,” there was enough comedy to go around. But only one can be crowned THE “Outstanding Comedy Series” Saturday night when the 48th NAACP Image Awards hits, so who’s it gonna be?
