Emo-alternative R&B singer, Frank Ocean is just like your good friend that disappears for years at a time, and when they finally re-emerge from their (musical) habitat, come bearing gifts.
And you forgive them. Every. Single. Time.
It’s been 4 years since we last heard from Frank and then out of the blue he drops 2 albums, Endless and Blonde, one visual, the other a follow-up to his debut, channel ORANGE. And let’s not forget a magazine, too, called Boys Dont Cry which features stunning photographs and celebrity poems, like the one Kanye West wrote about McDonalds:
“The McDonalds Man” by Kanye West
McDonalds Man
McDonalds Man
The French Fries Had A Plan
The French Fries Had A Plan
The Salad Bar And The Ketchup Made A Band
Cus The French Fries Had A Plan
The French Fries Had A Plan

Everybody Was Jealous Of Them French Fries
Except For That One Special Guy
That Smooth Apple Pie
Apparently the magazine was a huge deal. A limited amount were released in four cities, at secret locations which were revealed by Frank via tumblr (in such Frank fashion). The package-sealed magazines included a physical copy of his album Blonde, given away for free. According to SPIN, the magazine can now be found for sale on Ebay ranging from $300-$1,000.
