You know your one friend who hasn’t seen one episode of “Game of Thrones” and is all “who’s that?” or “Ooh, why did he kill her?” and “why is there a dragon?”

Don’t be like her.

Especially, when it comes to “Rickey Smiley For Real Season 2” which starts May 10 at 8/7c.

So in an effort to stop you from being annoying, we’re pulling out the best of last season’s episodes to get you up to speed. (Catch Up: Episode 1, Episode 3, Episode 5)

EPISODE 7

What You Need to Know: Rickey is all about team work and goes out of his way to bring his family and work family closer together.

Best Dad Moment: Like a real old-school parent, Rickey is IMMEDIATELY suspicious when he finds a bunch of strange kids in his house. Craig and Malik cop to letting them in through the basement. But before Rickey can get too upset, they invite him to dance and he goes in — hitting the folks, the nae-nae and, of course, Que hopping.

Work Drama: In his quest to get his crew working better as a team, Rickey takes everyone out first to Picadilly’s (if you don’t know, you ain’t from the South) and then out into the woods for a real deal obstacle course. The good news? The team had the fastest time of the day. Bad news? Poor Juicy quit at the beginning when she couldn’t get up the ladder.

What Did Gary Do: Gary invites Rickey and Bruce (Rickey’s business partner) to his office to talk about expanding his brand. So what’s Gary’s big idea? Thongs for men. Go on and marinate on that for a minute.

How Did It End?: The heat is ON for Brandon! He was already struggling to figure how to celebrate his five-year anniversary with girlfriend Beonka, so when they attend another friend’s anniversary party, you know what’s coming next! “Where’s your ring?” someone asks Brandon and you can see the boy’s soul hop out of his body and run for the door.
